Job description:

  • Acquire, develop, and manage strategic partnerships in the SME lending space across products like – Business loan and Supply Chain
  • Drive aggressive month-on-month revenue growth for the partners in your portfolio
  • Working closely with Customer sales and Credit team to ensure Business targets are achieved
  • Work with credit and risk teams in creating custom credit evaluation mechanisms for every partner
  • Work with product and technology teams to create the required platforms and technology to scale this function
  • Develop on B2C strategy and ensure maximum conversion of Leads received from multiple platforms
  • Market mapping and working with the Channel Partners to increase the market share in terms of revenues and new clients acquired

Eligibility:

  • MBA with 3-5 years of experience in Alliances & Partnership role in lending space (SME lending preferred)
  • Good communication  and PowerPoint skills
  • Strong understanding of Financial Products / Lending Models
